The DIFC Authority develops policies and oversees the strategic development, operational management and administration of DIFC. The DIFC Authority is also responsible for the development of laws and regulations for non-financial services activities, which are not regulated by the DFSA. The Authority provides assistance to prospective license applicants at every stage of the process.
