The staff will normally provide an immediate answer to your query but if they are unable to provide an answer immediately they will transfer you to someone who can.

Delivery/Collection of documents

During normal office hours staff are happy to date-stamp either a written receipt or a copy of the covering letter, and issue receipt for the fees paid for services, but we regret that we are unable to stamp copies of the documents themselves.

The documents can be dropped off or picked up from the office of Registrar of Companies during the following office hours open to public:

From 09:00 am to 12:00 pm
And
From 15:00 pm to 17:00 pm

Please note there are no facilities to provide receipt of delivery of documents or payment of fees outside our open hours for public.

If the documents are delivered during outside office hours open to public the date-stamp or receipt for fees cannot be provided and the documents will be left in the letterbox at the reception until the next open office hours or next day open office hours, whichever comes first, for processing.
