When applying for incorporation or registration of DIFC entity, an applicant should use the forms prescribed by the Registrar of Companies.  These forms are an integral part of the registration pack which contains online application for registration form and other relevant forms and information required for registration of DIFC entity.  The online registration pack can be created upon request of the potential registrant forwarded to the office of the Registrar of Companies in writing at the following contact details:

The request should contain the following information about the applicant: (1) proposed name of DIFC company under formation, (2) type of legal entity, (3) proposed business activities, (4) details of the principal user including (a) first and last name, (b) email address, and (c) contact telephone number. 

All registered or incorporated DIFC entities are required to submit a variety of information on their business activities throughout the life cycle of DIFC entity.  Registrar of Companies prescribed statutory forms are available in the section marked 'notifications'.

Completed forms can be submitted to the office of the Registrar of Companies by mail, courier, or delivered by applicant in person.
