The entity is responsible for executing the completion of an integrated, world-class mixed-use development and financial centre that serves the growing needs of regional and international clients.

Chief Real Estate Officer
As Chief Real Estate Officer, Nabil AlKindi is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to the Property Development team at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
In this capacity, he primarily oversees the development of DIFC’s hard infrastructure, which includes the landmark Gate Avenue at DIFC, ‘The Exchange’ located in the Gate Village, as well as a range of other projects aimed at supporting the growth of the the DIFC Masterplan. To achieve these strategic objectives, Mr. AlKindi is tasked with driving Property Development, Project Management, Retail, Commercial Leasing, Business Centre, and Events Management functions within this broad role.
Mr. AlKindi brings to his role over 14 years of experience in delivering major real estate development and infrastructure masterplans. He holds an extensive track record of achievements in executing local and regional development projects for leading developers.
Prior to his current position, Mr. AlKindi was Executive Vice President of Property Development at DIFC, before which he served as Chief Operating Officer at Arabtec and as Chief Development Officer at the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC). Previously, he worked as Director of Zabeel Properties at Zabeel Investments and Assistant Director at Emaar Properties.
Mr. AlKindi holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and an associate degree in Civil Engineering from Bluefield State College in the United States after completing his architectural studies at Northeastern University in Massachusetts, USA. He is also a member of the Society of Engineers – UAE.
