The waiver applies to the Licensing fee of USD 12,000 and the Incorporation fee of USD 8,000. Hence no payment required for the Registrar of Companies. However the entity will be required to pay to applicable fees for Data Protection, Registrar of Real Property in case of Lease Registration and DFSA (if applicable).
