Government Services
The Government Services Office in the DIFC serves as a single window service provider for obtaining employment and residency permits, driving licenses, alcohol licenses, and other government services required by DIFC clients.
Established to extend the support of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), our offices offer a number of visa services, including Employment Visa, Visit Visa, Dependent Visa, and Non-DIFC Sponsored Employment services. DIFC entities can apply for any of the services offered by the Government Services Office such as new employment visa, renewal and cancellation.
Through our integrated client portal system, business entities can facilitate the submission of dependent visa packages and range of other optional services.
Government Services Office working hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM
