The Chinese New Year roars in at DIFC
Keeping up with the reputation of being a cultural and lifestyle destination, the Dubai International Financial Centre will see the celebration of the Chinese New Year from 1 to 12 February. To mark the occasion, Royal China restaurant in Gate District and Shanghai Me in Gate Village will be celebrating with curated menus and entertainment shows.

Royal China restaurant has a special menu of delicacies and to entertain the diners, the restaurant will also showcase a traditional lion dance from 1pm until 3pm on Tuesday, 1 February and Saturday, 5 February.
Shanghai Me at Gate Village, on the other hand, will celebrate the Year of The Tiger with tradition, decadent cuisine, and a grateful spirit. The art-deco Asian-inspired restaurant will honour the beginning of the Chinese Lunar Year with an evening of celebration, encouraging joyous new beginnings, bountiful fortune, and prosperity to all for the year ahead. Other than the tempting menu, the diners will be dazzled by a percussionist performing a unique set and the show will continue throughout the evening with a live DJ on 1st February.
