DIFC Open Finance Week

DIFC recently launched the region’s first open finance (API) lab in partnership with Tarabut Gateway, MENA’s first and largest regulated open banking platform that connects a regional network of banks and FinTechs via a universal applications programming interface. To mark this occasion, DIFC Open Finance Week will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, 27-28 September 2022, at DIFC Innovation Hub. The Open Finance Week will focus on a series of events, exploring the impact and potential of open banking and open finance. The two-day event will bring together experts from the regional and global open finance community who will share their learnings and challenges through panel discussions, roundtables and live demos.

The DIFC Open Finance Week will educate, stimulate and engage banks, regulators and the industry and will be a live testbed to showcase positive impact on businesses, customers, and the economy
