This course explores board-management interaction and the role of the board in setting strategy. It provides insights into the importance of using key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate organizational performance, and to evaluate CEOs’ and other executive directors' performance for remuneration. This course focuses on the director's role in disclosure matters and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
