Overview

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), in partnership with Intertrust and King & Spalding, invites you to participate in a knowledge briefing series on DIFC Special Purpose Companies (SPC).  DIFC SPCs are increasingly popular corporate vehicles for use in Transactions in the Middle East.  The briefing session will address the most frequently asked questions associated with SPCs, including the legal regime surrounding them, exempt activities, and examples of how they are being used in the region.  It will also explain the role of the Corporate Service Provider in the incorporation and management of the SPC.
