Nike Fitness Sessions


Weekly complimentary training sessions led by an expert team of Nike Trainers geared to inspire and enable participants of varying ability levels to become fitter. 

Nike Training sessions:

  • Nike Run Club – Broken into evolutions which include WarmUp, Mobility, Run and Recovery. A fun and engaging way to get into running
    • 80 – 100 participants
