Overview

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) invites you to a session to discuss the proposed Prescribed Company Regulations which was recently issued for public consultation.

The DIFC intends to introduce new Regulations to consolidate, replace and expand the existing Special Purpose Company and Intermediate Special Purpose Vehicle regimes. The proposed Regulations complement the DIFC’s commitment to international best practice, and provides a flexible, business friendly environment. It also provides appropriate levels of protection and controls to enable businesses to operate easily and with confidence from the Centre.
