RICS and DIFC Academy of Law are pleased to offer a one day mediation workshop, providing professionals with a broad understanding of what mediation is, how it fits into the dispute resolution spectrum, and how it can be used as a powerful business tool to resolve disputes.

Topics include communication and listening skills, the mediation process, confidentiality, neutrality, ethics and roleplay.

Taught by Dr. John Fletcher, RICS ADR Products Group Director and is head of the RICS global Dispute Resolution Service (DRS).
