Located in the most prestigious financial address in Dubai, Fitness First DIFC is a state-of-the-art 19,000 square ft facility which features over 120 exercise machines by Technogym, an extensive free weights area, a studio for indoor cycling classes and personal training by professional personal trainers. Free group exercises with certified instructors such as BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, RPM, Yoga and Pilates are among the workouts available at the club.
