Closure of Public Access at the Gate Building for Façade Inspection & Maintenance

In line with standard operational procedures, we would like to inform you that inspection and maintenance of the Gate Building fabric and external finishes will resume over the course of the next two weeks, starting from today, in order to:

• Assess the condition of the Gate Building fabrics and external finishes
• Evaluate any maintenance requirements
• Complete remedial works as identified

Kindly note that due to Health and Safety regulations, this area will be closed for public access with a barricade identifying the inacce
ssible area under The Gate Building. This includes all Level 1 access and egress from The Gate Building.

Additional signage will be placed to guide clients and visitors to alternative access and egress routes.

Should there be any extension to the period of closure, you will be informed accordingly.
