Government Services Office Updates

Dear Valued Clients,

The DIFC Government Services Office (GSO) would like to inform you of the following updates:

• Courier services for Employee and Company Services are now available across Dubai, except for the Jebel Ali area. Documents will be delivered and/or collected to and from anywhere in Dubai. Kindly note that the courier service will take one business day if the consignee is based outside of DIFC.  
• The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has suspended the requirement of a Good Conduct Certificate along with visa applications until further notice.
• A Sponsor's original Emirates ID is a mandatory requirement for all Dependent Visa Services. Kindly ensure the Employment and Dependent Visas are cancelled before the employee leaves the country after termination of the Employment Contract.
