Mortgage Registration Services on DIFC Client Portal

We are pleased to inform you that the “Mortgage Module” service is now available on the DIFC Client Portal. The new facility will be listed under the ‘Property Services’ section of the portal and facilitates the following services online:

• Mortgage Registration / Record a Caveat for mortgage
• Discharge Mortgage / Withdrawal of Caveat Mortgage
• Mortgage Variation

If you wish to obtain access to the new facility, please refer to the registration requirements below:

• Fill in the Mortgage User Access form; access will be given to certain individuals as per the Mortgagee’s request
• Submit the original User Access form to Registry Services; documents will be reviewed and access will be provided within one working day of submission
• Upon approval of the User Access form, the appointed Portal User will receive access details on the e-mail ID provided on the form.
