Processing Of Share Transactions On DIFC Client Portal

In line with our continued enhancement of client services, we are pleased to inform you that the processing of share transactions can now be completed through the DIFC Client Portal. 
 
DIFC based companies now have the option to reduce share capital, consolidate or divide shares, redeem shares, and buy back or purchase shares through an entirely automated process.
