Temporary Closure of Precinct Building 3 Loading Bay

In line with our continued efforts to enhance our world-class infrastructure, the first phase of Gate Avenue at DIFC is on track to open in the first half of 2018. As part of the construction of this development, there may be limited accessibility to certain areas around the Centre.  

This will include the temporary closure of the loading bay, located in Precinct Building 3 from 8:00am to 11:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

The closure will begin from 29 October 2017 until March 2018.  During this period, the Precinct Building 3 loading bay will be operational from 11:00am to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 7:00am. 

Tenants are requested to either reschedule deliveries outside the restricted timings or to use the alternative loading bays.  Please note that all other loading bays located in the Gate District will operate normally. 

We would also like to remind you that tenants are not permitted to use any passenger lifts for delivery purposes.
