Spanning across 110 acres and nestled between the majestic Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers, DIFC has been strategically designed to maximize views from these Dubai landmarks, reflecting the architectural principles that have shaped some of the world's most recognisable grand avenues.
DIFC is highly accessible from the Dubai International Airport and the business districts of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay are all located less than a fifteen minute drive away. The district also enjoys the advantage of being at a close distant with Sheikh Zayed Road - the city's main, central highway. Located in between two metro stations, the district further offers a convenient location to its visitors.

The contemporary urban district features three zones: Town Centre, Residential Zone and Office Zone. Each zone is fully integrated, enabling people to advance their business opportunities, engage with the community and enjoy the Centre’s lifestyle activities and events.
The three integrated zones feature convenient drop-off points and a generous street setback that creates a sublime urban edge quality. The presence of wide walkways, lively storefronts, fountains, landscapes and greenery facilitate the movement of people and foster a pleasant environment, capturing the dynamism of the district.
