The Tenant Relations team is the primary contact for all clients of the Dubai International Financial Centre during their tenancy in The Gate Building, Precinct Buildings or The Gate Village.
Tenants can benefit from this single point of contact in effectively developing and managing their relationships with the DIFC Property Management team, fit-out team, and cross-functional staff within the Centre.
With a firm commitment to improving and enhancing property management structures in the DIFC, the Tenant Relations team aims to support tenants in addressing their property management and fit-out related matters.
DIFC Tenant Relations services are also available online through the DIFC Client Portal. To access this service, please follow the steps below:
- Register for Company Services or Property Services on the Client Portal
- Log in to the Portal using your credentials
- Navigate to the Property Services tab
- Click on Tenant Relations
- Enter the details of your request and click Submit
