Alternative Qualifying Scheme
Employers who wish to opt into an alternative Qualifying Scheme will have to obtain a Certificate of Compliance from DIFC Authority (DIFCA) in respect thereof before end of March 2020, also with a similar retrospective contribution obligation applying from February 2020 wages on-wards
Employers who wish to obtain an exemption as per Article 2.1.7 of the Employment Regulation from DIFC Authority (DIFCA) in respect thereof before end of March 2020, also with a similar retrospective contribution obligation applying from February 2020 wages onwards.
