Dubai’s culinary stars align at ICD Brookfield, DIFC


For three nights only, twelve of Dubai’s greatest culinary talents will assemble for a rare pop-up event as part of Gault&Millau’s first-ever Culinary Innovators showcase. 

    Thursday 25 April - Saturday 25 April 2024

    Running at ICD Brookfield Place’s “The Space” – and in partnership with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), it is a flagship part of Dubai Food Festival 2024. 

    The event will bring together the city’s leading culinary forces for a special one-time-only tasting menu. And, from the line-up of chefs assembled, this is scheduled to be one of the greatest culinary gatherings the city has ever seen. 

    From Thursday 25 April to Saturday 27 April 2024, Gault&Millau will host an eleven-course, roaming tasting menu, with ticketholders enjoying one dish from each chef with an accompanying beverage pairing served along the journey. While chefs will be plating their specially designed dishes inside, the outdoor terrace will host live jazz performances alongside a curated selection of bars.
